Epoxy Crack Injection Services

Unifor Crack Injection System

Utilizes a low pressure and low speed method to inject epoxy resin into cracks of every concrete structure.

The system not only maintains pressure of grouting material to at least 1.0 kg/cm2 and limit it's maximum of 3.0 kg/cm2. The clip-on injection nozzle allows manpower reduction and incorporates scales facilitates visual assessment of grout pressure and quantity.

Simply Inject Epoxy Resin and Let the System Works

Advantages
Deep Penetration
Low pressure and low speed system pushes epoxy resin even into fine cracks.

Manpower Reduction
Clip-on injection nozzle allows one-man operation in grouting phase. 100% reduction.

Multiple Injection Material
System allows epoxy material of different viscosity for different crack sizes.
Low Pressure Control
System sets a maximum grouting pressure of 3.0 kg/cm2 and maintains a lowest of 1.0 kg/cm2.

Self Injection
Epoxy resin continuously flows to fill cracks when spring is compressed.

Simple Assessment
Graduated cylinder allows visual assessment of final grouting pressure.

Treatment Procedure

1) Surface Preparation
Remove dust particles with wire brush. Wipe up oils with thinner.

2) Sealing of Surface and Adhesion of Plug
Seal crack at lengths, stopping at intervals of 300mm for plug adhesion using UF Seal. (Interval length depends on crack width and depth)

Push plugs onto crack until sealing material comes out of 4 holes of plug.

3)UF Seal Curing
Allow UF Seal to cure.(See material specifications)

4)Installation of Unifor Injector
Screw Unifor Injector onto plugs.

5) UF Grout Injection
Inject UF Grout into container using a grease/foot pump. Stop when pressure indicator rises to 3.0 kg/cm2. Proceed to next injector.

6)UF Grout Curing
Allow UF Grout to cure. (See material specifications)

7)Finishing
Remove injector and grind off sealing material.

Unifor Crack Injection System uses both low high viscosity epoxy resin for finer and larger cracks respectively. Small final displacement indicator shows a minimal grouting pressure of 1.0 kg/cm2.

Unifor Crack Injector can deliver a maximum pressure of 3.0 kg/cm2 and have a capacity of 26.5cc when fully filled with epoxy resin.
